The Whiskey Hound Barrel Aged Honey

This is one-of-a-kind collaboration between Chef Matt Bolus and Nashville Barrel Company. This is local Nashville TN honey with a Bourbon Barrell from Nashville Barrel Company. Each lot has a unique honey taste with lots of bourbon notes. We use this in our Hot Hive Chicken Sauce. Great in deserts, sauces.
